I will send out an email on Monday and invite those who want to do this and then place you as my buddies.
Then ask each guy to post (in profile and or submit)what a good to great change would be to himself (since we are all doing it for self)- so goal setting
Get a current photo - maybe ask people to put good and date on it and have fun.
