    Reality set in back in Sep 2006 when the scale read 189.8 I knew that I was .2 away from 190. I was usually around 160-165 without training so I knew that was a lot of extra weight, and at that time I felt like crap, so I decided to do something about it. I had worked out once in a while before that, but never stuck with it more than 6 months the reason was that when i would stop for a week, i would think, whats another week, then why bother working out. When I started working out in 2006 my attitude was different, i set a longer term goal, that I would have a decent body by the time I was 31 (3 years away at that time), and a hopefully a muscular body by 35 or 36. I also knew that there would be times that I would not be able to work out, so i mentally prepared for that and planned in advance for those times and planned out when I would be able to work out again. I am intimidated by gyms, also don't have the money to join, so I use all home equipment, i have free weights with flat and decline bench, a recumbant bike (that I don't use too often), and a Weider system (like the bow flex). For cardio, i used to run a bit, but more recently use my wii and wii fit for this.

    Guys I'm Looking To Meet

    Looking for training buddies, right now my difficulty is putting on muscle, i feel like it is coming, but very slowly. Any tips?

    My workout regimens switch approximately every 6 weeks. Right now I do arms/chest on Monday, abs Tues, Back/shoulders/triceps on Wed, Abs Thurs, and Legs Fri. I try to get some cardio in on tues and thurs as well.
