ABOUT ME

I guess since this is a fitness site I'll write most about that aspect of my life. I learned how to swim as a kid because my mom didn't know how. She didn't want me going through life with that fear. Those lessons turned into a year round sport from a very early age. Swimming clicked for me and I did well in High School and completed 4 years at a D1 college. Didn't stop there. Shortly after college I joined a masters team and am now coaching for them as well. Lately I have been trying to put on a bit more mass so am backing off with the swim yardage and being more loyal to the gym. We'll see what happens. Whew. Check out this man's artistic flair and his intelligent eye (look at his website). Then juxtapose that with his athleticism, physical beauty and handsome face.
