Nov 2011.  Always open to your tips on how I can put on more muscle mass.  Seems to be moving slowly. January 2012.  After a month of working with a trainer.  I think I see some progress. End of February 2012.  Gained about 7 pounds since Jan 2012. Mid-March 2012.  Met my goal of gaining 10 pounds.  Now on to the next 10.
