Cardio training: 6 times per week 20 minutes per session
Sports I like: Bodybuilding, Football (American), Running, Swimming, Weight training
Other sports I like: kickball, dodgeball, any other sports that are fun and not taken too seriously.

Recently recovered from a serious back injury that required surgery & kept me out of the gym for over a year. Trying to get back into pre-injury shape which is proving difficult. Anyone have any ideas that can help?
