    Day 1 (09/14/09)
    211.5# and 32% bodyfat
    Weight workout completed.

    Day 2
    209.5# and 33% bodyfat
    Slightly sore from previous day.
    Aerobic workout completed.
    Added restorative yoga and foam roller massage at end of day to relieve soreness and tightness (ahhh).

    Day 3
    Still sore. Don't want to workout.
    Weight workout completed.

    Day 4
    Soreness greatly reduced and more manageable. Looking foward to a good yoga workout.
    Aerobic workout completed. Did 10 minutes of rowing (too tough) and 20 minutes of eliptical instead.

    Day 5
    Special event tonight so doing weight workout on Saturday instead so I'm not too tired or sore.
    Did gardening/yoga stretching all day to regain flexibility and range of motion. Feel really good.
