33-year-old, (Lacto-Ovo) Vegetarian transitioning into Pescatarian (fish included) vegetarian. My nutritional choice of vegetarianism is only to add supplement of certain vitamins and hopefully aid in reducing my body fat and building muscle.
I am determined to pick up my motivation and get back to what I loved: a regimen of cardio and strength/muscle building at the gym. Fitness SF is the place where I get in the zone and try to constantly push myself, so once my 'make me sweat' playlist is on, I am going for my goal (laughing).
Oakland resident, which is where I recently moved to but often in San Francisco. San Francisco's Fitness SF in Soma or Oakland's Lake Merritt Gold's Gym...I am there to improve.
Guys I'm Looking To Meet
I am looking for great resources of information from guy's that are vegetarians. In addition, sharing of personal experiences in how to maintain a good work out plan and definitely ways to build a strong and lean chest. I do not like my man boob situation (moobs), but on other men I find it attractive.
Advice to cut the fat in my chest, I am all ears and attentive eyes to read steps to success.
Fantasize about meeting a guy dedicated in his fitness/muscle building goals and dating. Dating where we at some point in the week go to the gym together to work out: motivators and notice the other guy's/pairs there but we are focused on each other. Sunday's we plan out our meals together.
