I started losing weight about a year ago, after reading a "tough love" article on AskMen. (http://www.askmen.com/sports/foodcourt_700/708_get-less-fat.html)
I lost 40 pounds over the last 12 months, but hit a plateau. I began the Strength Foundation 12 Week plan in July to take it to the next level. My current goal is to get body fat under 19% (currently at 22.4%).
