Love to be near water, in it, on it, around it. It gives me peace.
Try to workout five times a week, but sometimes don't always get to the gym. Work really hard but have come to know that over the years I am what they call a "hard gainer" and really have to move weight in order for me to gain just the smallest amount of muscle. Dream body would be something like François Sagat, but I KNOW that won't happen so I have to work with what my genes have given me. I truly believe that no matter how much you bust your arse, it's in the genes and that's that. Doesn't mean you still can't make a difference in the way that you look and that you can still be smokin' hot!
Can't believe that I'm in my 40s already. It just seems like yesterday I was graduating University and movin' to Chicago.
