I'm purdy much an easy going down to earth kind of guy with a VERY dry sense of humour. I can get loud though like the rest of them if I wanna! Love to read and often have my nose stuck in a book.

Try to workout five times a week, but sometimes don't always get to the gym. Work really hard but have come to know that over the years I am what they call a "hard gainer" and really have to move weight in order for me to gain just the smallest amount of muscle. Dream body would be something like Francois Sagat!
