I am a laid back guy who enjoys life and all it has to offer, the good, the bad, and the ugly..... the only way you learn is to make mistakes, get pissed off, then finally realize what went wrong, fix it and hopefully not make the same mistake twice. Sports are my life right now as I am a full time athlete and even though I am pretty good at what I do I am constantly looking for ways to improve, or new ideas on training and technique. Never stop learning. One of my favorite quotes that can relate to just about anything in life is " If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you already got." Kind of sums it up dont you think. Anyway, would love to hear what people are doing out there so let me know.
