typical south american guy, in his 30s, happily in a relationship with a great guy.
I always loved riding bicycles, even as i ran away from the water cannon trucks of the military regime back home in the 80's protests. when i bike is when i feel alive! , love riding in the middle of the road, so if u got a problem with that let me know and ill give u five good reasons why, but if u got half a brain im sure u can think of a few yourself! ....
iv been up and down in the fitness level, about 2 years ago i was on one of my low points, getting out of a LTR of 6 years. I was over 180 at that point probabbly 20-25 % fat, then i started to ride my bike again, eat more fiber, almost vegetarian, im not perfect by any means, ask any of my friends, they will tell u im still producing plenty green house gases ;-) I drink a lot of water. bout a gallon on the average. now im down to 11%
a year ago i injured my shoulder , so iv been educating myself on kinesiology, and correct form. Its funny to see how they stare at me when i do my excercises in the gym; i do them extra slow, almost isometric, and always starting from the core; abs, extensors, obliques, then serratus, then traps, always looking for the weak link and working on it, i guess it looks different, but i can really notice whats working, and where i need to be focused. ja! i just read on wiki that that is on of the principles of pilates!
