This site is amazing. I don't know what the technology is behind the JackAss Filter (TM) but it seems to work amazingly well. I have met a handful of fakes on here, but I've also made amazing friends from all across the globe. Genuine guys with amazing bodies and athletic skills and even bigger hearts.

I still think it's a little presumptuous to put a profile of me on a "jock" site. I was the kid picked 2nd or 3rd from last for kickball (not last, I wasn't that pathetic). Through hard work and lots of eating, I broke out of my skinny genetics. Always looking to get bigger and have fun with it. Now just trying to be coordinated enough to really be called a "jock".

I competed in my first natural bodybuilding competition in May -- Mr. Natural Minnesota. I placed fifth in the novice class and just missed placing in the Masters class by 2 points! It was a great experience and I can't wait to do it again next year. For now, I'm enjoying eating and being hairy again.

Gainfully employed marketing/communications manager. My dream is to be a screenwriter. I've written 6 full screenplays -- 2 made it to the semi-finals of national contests. I'm also working on my memoirs, based on the advice from a college friend in the publishing biz.

I live in Minneapolis with my amazing 13 year old autistic son. He's the toughest dude you'll ever meet. And he can charm any lady who crosses his path. I'm not always up on the gay scene -- and have more in common with my straight friends with kids -- but I wouldn't trade my life with my son for anything. I have a good mix of gay and straight friends.

I meditate every morning to help me find patience with my son and with the world at large. I'm usually the calm in the middle of a storm.

I am enough of a geek to create workout programs in Word and then print them out and put them in a binder to carry around when I work out. I switch out my weightlifting program about every 8 weeks -- and set goals for those 8 weeks, the next 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, etc. I'm happy to share my routines with anyone who wants them.

Here to make friends and learn how to keep growing bigger and stronger. Also, just learned to ski this winter and love it! Looking for ski buddies in MN (yes, we have some decent ski hills here in the flat lands) and reasons to travel to Colorado/Utah or the Northeast.

Not to be a jackass, but if you don't have a face pic -- or any pic -- I might not respond. This is REAL JOCK. It's 2013. Unless you are cheating on your boyfriend or wife, there's no reason to not have a face picture. If there is -- make your case.

I'm ready to find the 1 guy who encourages me to always do my best. The guy who laughs at the right time and also calls me on my crap. The guy who realizes there are many more dreams to achieve by always kicking each other in the ass when needed.

I don't really have a type, but I get along well with guys who are ambitious but also have balance in their lives. I find myself attracted to younger guys because many of them still see so many possibilities in their lives. I've rebooted my life in the past few years and like hanging out with guys who haven't defined themselves (that sounds really lesbian-y, but you probably know what I mean).

However, there's nothing sexier than a guy who stays in great shape and remembers SUPERTRAIN and the bicentennial.

Guys who can make me laugh -- and laugh at themselves, please move to the front of the line. Guys who set goals and achieve them with little fanfare, keep coming forward. Guys who are confident but never cocky or rude, take another step forward. Nice guys with a wild streak, drop me a line.
