A friend turned me on to this site. I'm a piano teacher in Norton who loves the gym but needs to work on efficiency. I feel like I get pretty good results, but I put in a lot of time--which I don't mind--I just need to improve the diversity of my workouts so I don't plateau.
Like other tall guys, I struggle with putting muscle on my arms. I am happy with my size, more or less, but would really like to improve my strength. Doing dips and pull-ups every workout day as a warm-up has made a big difference for triceps and lats; I would like to throw some bicep routine into that warm-up, since it is quick, easy and effective.
Weight has been more and more a struggle for me, and so I'm trying to increase cardio time.
