I love making new friends, but what I really would like is a gym buddy. I have a variable approach to training, so anyone willing to meet me at the gym a few mornings a week is welcome. Whether you're a light lifter like me or really hard core, it doesn't matter so long as we can share ideas to keep things fresh.
