    I’m not in competition with you and you’re not in competition with me. I’m only in competition with myself. For me the point is this: I want to better myself on many different levels and I can’t do that unless I’m actively trying to enhance who I am. Yes, I want to better myself physically (look good), emotionally, mentally, economically, socially, etc….but only because a better me presents and creates a better me. I’m very comfortable with myself and my life and don’t examine what others have or have not. My friends always laugh at me and now are beginning to finish my sentences by repeating my motto: “It’s all good!”
    Basically, I’m a simple guy whose hobby is the gym and I love going to the beach with friends or by myself. I totally love running and insist on running outside. It makes me a bit grumpy when I have to run on a tread mill. I’d much rather be outside in nature (much more beautiful). The only other cardio I do is the spin bike (yes, I know that’s done inside). Love the classes and my instructor is great. She beats me up but she knows I can finish strong. I will even do the spin bike by myself if I need to mix up my cardio for the week. I’ve also gotten into mixing up my routine at the gym with full body workouts. Of course, I fall back into the typical redundant workouts but when I add supersets or conditioning to my routine I really feel great afterwards.
    I love just hangin out and being with my friends and other people. “It’s all good!”
