I'm a very friendly and easy going artist. I am a novice with weight training and want to transform my body. Get my %20 (not sure on that) or so bodyfat percentage down and add as much muscle as I can (without steroids of course). My problem is I am very poor and can't afford a personal trainer.
My goals are to get down to %10 bodyfat (or lower!) in 6 months and gain 10-15lbs of muscle in that time.
Guys I'm Looking To Meet
Maybe there's a personal trainer or coach out there that wants to take me on as a transformation type challenge haha?
Ultimately though, I just want to meet someone that really knows correct form and can help coach me in the following lifts:
It would be awesome to find someone that has a home gym or proper rack and weight setup in their home or garage, as this would negate the need for a gym. Of course this isn't an absolute must, but thought I'd try!
