ABOUT ME
I am dealing with the effects of a dislocating shoulder and Grave's Disease which caused me to lose 60 lbs (much of it was muscle) and then to gain most of the weightback. I am back to going to the gym regularly and hope to lose the excess weight in the next 3 to 6 months. I have been doing spinning class 2 - 3 times a week and use an eliptical machine another 2 - 3 times. I also weight train 3 times a week.
