Cardio training: 3 times per week 20 minutes per session

Enjoy most outdoor activities have tried most. Being in the midwest now I miss hockey a great deal coming from Upstate NY close to Ottawa and Montreal. Finally in Cincinnati now, actually have a hockey league.
