Now that that's taken care of, my name's Chris Palmer, though plenty of people call me "Tophie" these days and plenty still call me "Palmer". In a word I suppose you could describe me as "outrageous"; apparently, I can take some getting used to....

Honestly my interests range all over the place. Movies, astrophysics, books, Doctor Who, poetry, working out, music, hot guys, irony, linguistics, politics, first kisses, languages, anything creative, computers, fonts & typeface, mythology, and tons else. If left unchecked, it's entirely possible I may, unintentionally, attempt to cover in the course of any single conversation.

That being said, I actually enjoy listening, too.

I can be both sarcastic and tender, and generally love irony regardless of good taste or bad. I love to laugh and I love to make others laugh. When I can I like to be insightful, informative, or at the least not entirely ignorant. However, I don't like taking anything too seriously, as you'll soon realize.

I think I mentioned I'm a writer. I can be one of those flighty creative types (usually more of the grave creative types, though), absurdly logical (though often choosing to be logically absurd), or endlessly poetic (or poetically endless--wait a second...).

My penname (and nickname these days) is Tophie Palmer; "Chris Palmer" just isn't gonna sell. lulz aside, the two biggest facets/drives of my personality, I'd wager, are exploration and expression.

As mentioned above, I blog. Currently, and admittedly historically, that's been the bulk of my writing career. As my life falls into place, I hope to make more time for my writing projects again; naturally they'll be posted there. Or published, if I should be so lucky.



So, that's me, folks. Well, no; not really; that's a heavily redacted/neutered version of me. Oh well. Guess you'll just have to find out what I'm all about for yourself.

I like interesting boys, I like sweethearts; I like good boys, I like bad boys; teetotallers and alcoholics; I like jocks, I like dorks, I like bigboys and boyTOYs; I basically like boys, aLOT--especially the pretty ones.

I'm sure I have a "type" but I'm not always sure what it is...exactly? I like a good athletic or slim build at the least; muscle is kinda hot, frankly. You don't have to be an Einstein to be my friend; just be genuine and interesting and I'm sure we'll manage.

Again, I'm not a snob, and I'm not particular. I'll be friends, at least, with most anyone. Partners in crime, colleagues, rivals, whatever. I'd love a relationship, really, but I think i could settle for something more relaxed if that's understood between us, I guess.

Only time will tell, I guess.
