I grew up in Rhode Island and have been living in Miami for about 5 years now. I currently live in a townhouse on South Beach with my dog, Troy (most adorable Lab-Bull-Boxer Mix). I am studying Real Estate and Construction Management at Florida International University, with future career plans in the development field. I have a great group of friends who I love like family. First off I'm very LTR oriented (currently single and looking ;-)). I consider myself an intelligent, cultured, health conscious, ambitious guy and look for similar qualities in the people I surround myself with. Romantically, I'm generally into other masculine guys who are close to my age, my height or a few inches taller, white or latin. A handsome face is a must and an athletic body is a definite plus. I'm a sucker for guys with dark hair, light eyes, and a killer smile. And as far as personality, they must be sweet, honest, caring and a hopeless romantic.
