I consider myself to be a well-put-together 26 year-old man with a youthful outlook and energy. I'm personable, adaptable, challenging, and I've been told I'm a truly unique individual with a strong personality and a big smile.

Been a skinny guy for as long as I can remember, so have decided to take on a new fitness and muscle building regime. I'll be following the work and advice of Sean Nalewanyj and Vince DelMonte, and will update my own progress at the link below.

I like genuine and traditional gentlemen, with a great sense of humour, and a certain quirky x-factor. Kind, assertive and self-motivated men can skip to the front of the rather short cue, hehehe.

Obviously I'm interested in physically fit men, but I do take into consideration that our bodies are merely a shell for a the much more interesting soul underneath.
