I enjoy working out, relaxing, sleep, watching Star Trek reruns (nerd), listening to top 40 radio, and work is often fun as well.

I have a beautiful daughter, she's six and super sweet & intelligent! I visit with her one weekend per month which never comes soon enough!

I'm a student at the University of Louisville studying to get a degree as a Computer Engineer.

My fitness goals are constantly evolving. I have put on about 15 pounds since December 2007 as of May 29, 2008. I'm now trying to gain another 10 pounds... eventually getting me up to 175.

I'm currently developing a new routine which will allow me to transition into something different when school begins:

Day 1 - All upper body with emphasis on Shoulders and Triceps, Obliques, and Cardio
Day 2 - Cardio, Abs, Lower body (Lunges)
Day 3 - All upper body with emphasis on Back and Biceps
Day 4 - Cardio, Abs, Lower body (Squats)
Day 5 - Abs, Obliques, Cardio
Day 6 - All upper body with emphasis on Chest, Obliques, Cardio
Day 7 - Rest or cardio.
