I set a goal of losing 20 pounds. I weighed 188 and was really starting to get a "gut". I have reached my goal and lost 20 pounds. Today I weighed in at 168! I feel so good about this that I'm excited to continue to maintain my weight and now start working on building more muscle mass!
Finally posted new pics...left the one stomach shot up as a comparison... Down over 20 pounds... probably more like 25 and feel GREAT!
Standard, run of the mill guy...average, masculine guy who's trying to keep in descent shape. Come from a family of overweight relatives and determined NOT to be like them... so far...so good!!! Working out 3 - 4 times a week, not heavy workout but a workout. Go out on my mt bike every Saturday morning I can. Can't wait for the nicer weather so I can wear clothes that show off my body instead of covering it :)
