ABOUT ME
I'm a renaissance type here, a total jock who loves to work out at a high level of intensity. I've been doing CrossFit for the past several months and it's been a freakin blast. It ain't for the timid, that's for sure. I also have a brain and occasionally like to use it. And now and then I do whip out a goofy sense of humor. What else excites me? You mean, something other than training? Watching indie and foreign films, eating delicious food, listening to music (variety), and learning about the world around me. In general, I love always striving to get better.
