Busy professional in a job I love. . also politically active, a part time student, and travel a lot.
Like to spend my recreational time equally between keeping active and having down time over good food/books/coffee/films or just generally chilling with good company.
Fitness wise - currently putting in a concerted effort to improve the diet and get a lot more serious with my workouts. The goal is to stack on as much lean muscle as my short-arse frame can support. I'm seeing some pretty pleasing results but there's a way to go yet.
