Spinal surgery, set back, want to rebuild myself

Otdoor guy here, been a builder, and still like smaller projects, own an island camp in a local river in southwestern VA, near a National Forest, my home is up on a mountain ridge between higher ridges, so you see the outdoors is my life, love to hike, swim, conoeing, rowing, takeing my grandsons fishing, (yes I was married, for 16 years, then fineshed raising my son and daughter on my own for 8 years. My friend nicknamed me muscle man in highschool, I've always exercized, lifted weights, did situps with 50 lbs accross my chest, pull ups, stayed in great shape, until one morning I was shaving, and damn !!! I just turned my head, and pain went down my right back, within weeks I was losing use of my right arm, and it felt like someone had hit my forearm with a bat. certain turns of my neck and I had the sensation of a foot being asleep in my neck and back. 3 months later a Nuerosurgeon went in between my juggler vein, and my voice box and cleaned out calciaphites grown between my 6th and 7th cervical spine, and put a cadaver bone, a plate of stainless, and 4 screws. After some recovery, I started realizing a lot more troubles, then was found 3 other damaged discs, on in mid back, and two lower, ended up with Sciatica, and damaged nerves to my legs, and deteriorating disc desease = (loss of spinal fluid) Well ------ WA WA WA !!!!!! I don't think I have to accept the muscle I had just all dropping !!! LOL !!! I know what I can do and what will make things worse, I'd sure like to find someone who would suggest and work with me on smaller weights/training to rebuild without damaging whats left. So I'll appreciate suggestions and some buds that will encourage and prod me back into the best I can be given these circumstances. I believe that some multiple weight excercizing would be good for my bone strength and density, and actually help me stop regressing. I have chronic inflamation also and bursidice in both shoulders and elbos. Have the materials for a glass roofed lap pool room to be added to the back of my house, figure that would help too !!! SUGGESTIONS ANYONE ??????????????
GUYS I'M LOOKING TO MEET
Some kindhearted muscular guys to encourage, and stick with me to rebuild, what health trouble took away. Doesn't have to live close, but good suggestions, regular contact even on here or email, and check ins to gage progress. Of course friends nearby, and visits would be great, any age will be fine. there's some great guys out there that wouldn't mind lending "a hand", encouraging, prodding, and friendship. Any takers !!! I'd love to share some of my places with friends made through this site, from wherever you may come from anywhere in the world.
