I apologize if it takes a long time for me to respond. During school I just have to keep my focus or out the window it all goes. I really am not ignoring anyone. Currently I am attending Northeastern Illinois University finishing my degree in Community Health. As of right now I should be done in August of 2010, December at the latest. I am aiming for August, possibly May. December would kill me, and so would the winter here in Chicago. After graduation and finding a job, I am thinking about graduate school for exercise science. I enjoy working out and am always striving to improve my physic as well as my health. Fitness modeling and a competition would be great.
I work at a fitness center as a spinning instructor and also at a Pilates studio as an instructor. On the side, I am a licensed professional clinical massage therapist. Massage is actually what sparked my interest in the fitness industry.
I believe that your body is like your home, it will always need maintenance, upkeep and occasionally repair. Take care of it, and it will protect you, let it go, and it will just deteriorate.
