Hey guys. Stumbled across this site while looking for training advice. I have recently started hitting the gym under the tutelage of some of my rugby friends. So far so great. About me? I am an easy going guy who is always up for a new adventure or activity. I gave up my car over a year ago and ride around town on my scooter. Hence the name. Anything you wanna know, just ask.
