Having training partners helps me stay on track. I had two of them for a while. One has since moved away, leaving just me and the other guy. We started capturing some workouts on video to keep in touch with the one who moved, and I've posted a couple clips here. Oh, and these guys are straight and don't care one bit that I'm gay. In fact, they're my closest friends. Go figure.
