Weight training: 5 times per week 60 minutes per session
Cardio training: 5 times per week 20 minutes per session

Other sports I like: I love the Pacific Northwest and all it has to offer. It's such a beautiful state with so much to offer. This past year, I've had the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. Here are some of my varied interests:

I hope to learn how to snow board this winter. A guys got to have some winter sports to occupy his time.
