Weight training: 4 times per week 40 minutes per session
Cardio training: 4 times per week 45 minutes per session
Sports I like: Cycling, Golf, Racquetball, Weight training
Other sports I like: I would love to learn how to play Racquetball. My gym has a couple of courts, but know nothing about it and it looks fun. So if you are nearby and would like to help a guy out... I could be game ;-) I am now looking for a Golf buddy too!
