    OK, so i'm back at the gym, it's been a while, i turn 30 this week and i'm not confortable with my body anymore, though my boyfriend loves me the way i am, i am not confortable, so, in 3 weeks i'll go have my spring long weekend, will go to Huatulco, so i decided to start with my training again.

    I decided to star with the streght foundation program, with some modifications to fit my gym and my time... mainly looking to loos all those extra pounds and love bundles... it's not gonna be easy. my family and my bf's family love to feed me XP

    Anyhow, will post some pics of my evolution during the training, if anyone has got some advice, i'd be really thankful ^_^
