Gay Team Spotlight: San Diego Bulldogs

Wrestlers nationwide will have the opportunity to check out the Bulldogs—and possibly even take a team member or two to the mat—from February 15 to 19, when the Bulldogs will host a five-day tournament weekend in San Diego. Lines promises the weekend will be jam-packed with social and sporting events. Wrestlers who want to participate must have USAW cards.

I agree with Kevin Ho. Wrestling is NOT sexy. I wrestled in junior high and high school competitively, and I resent the sport being stereotyped as an excuse for guys to have sex with each other. Once I hit the mat, my intention was to conquer and win. Sex was not the issue, even if my opponent was cute. Guys on the team would often fool around with each other after the matches, but I never wrestled for sexual gratification and I resent those who do.
