Medicine Ball Push-ups on One Foot
Add a dual balance challenge to the push-up—balance on a tripod of two medicine balls and one foot. You'll work not only your pecs and triceps, but your core and shoulders as you balance on the medicine balls.
Exercise Overview
Begin in a plank (or push-up) position with both hands directly on top of two medicine balls. The medicine balls should be a little bit wider than shoulder-width apart. For an increased challenge, expand the distance between the balls. Your hands should be placed in line with the base of your chest to ensure proper isolation of the pectoral muscles. Place the toes of your left foot on top of your right heel so as to stack your feet. With abs fully engaged, proceed to inhale as you descend, utilizing your full range of motion, until your chest almost touches the ground. Continue by exhaling and extending your arms fully until you have returned to your starting position. Alternate feet with sets.

I don't do supersets at the gym because I'm much too relaxed when I'm there. I know that's totally the wrong mindset, but after reading this I think I'll start.
