I have always been attracted to muscular men...must have been all those super-hero comics I read as a kid. I have enjoyed playing sports. In high school it was football. In college until now it is tennis. Also ran 6 Honolulu Marathons. After an injury in last marathon I gave up running but still kept eating like I was so put on some pounds. Recently I had a shoulder operation, so now I can continue to play tennis and bodyboard. I walk 1+hours daily and do light lifting 3 days a week until shoulder get stronger. Beside wanting to lose some bodyfat, my desire to bodybuild to the potential for my age (mature guy now).
My hobby/addiction is vacuum ballpumping. Also enjoy anal play (beginner) and exhibitionism.

I have been walking and stationary biking for 1+ hrs mostly everyday for the last month, and also lifting weights, doing pull ups and push ups as well as ab work. But to give legs a break from the ground pounding, I decided to use my bodyboard/boogie board as a kickboard as a swim at the gay part of Waikiki Beach near the aquarium. I kick using swim fins for at least 1 hour which gives my legs a good workout without the pounding. The side benefit is that I get to tan my buns because I use a rainbow-colored micro pouch thong in the water. I thought no one would notice but my friends onshore told me they liked the rainbow thong. Wow, a workout, a tan, and exhibitionism...the best...only in Hawaii. Aloha
As you can tell from my previous update, I have been working out but I thought i could get better and faster gains in muscle growth if I could lift heavier. At my home gym of free weights that would be unsafe. This Xmas I received good cash gifts, so I will use that money to pay for my gym membership at 24 Hr Fitness. I joined on Wednesday 1.5.11 and have gone everyday so far working on different body parts but with definitely heavier weights. I can feel it. From yesterday's chest and hamstring workout, today I felt DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness), a sign of muscle breakdown that I can now repair with rest and eating. I hope I gain more muscle and lost more fat. aloha for now

First of all, after a pleasing to look at body, personality and the ability to carry on conversations are important to me. Don't care for negative people. Those who are into taking care of themselves (i.e. health, thinking, etc.) are good. Friendships are important to me...with or without benefits.
