New to this site. It is a new year, and my resolution is to get in the best shape of my life. I figured I could get advice and motivation from other guys on this site. Anything you want to know, just ask.
Trying to work out more than just five times a week. Usually run 3-4 times a week and do other exercises on non-run days. Free time is limited due to Army schedule, but I am determined to be in better shape.
