    What can I say? I'm just a regular guy trying to get fitter. But I hurt my lower back (L5S1) .

    Guys I'm Looking To Meet

    Cool new buds to share training tips w/. Maybe a work out partner at Golds Gym (preferred) or 24. Recently started training with HIIT cardio, trying to loose some poundage gained from the back issue and then lifting heavy to get nice fuller torso and it's not the easiest, but gotta do the butt and legs. It's a favorite. So if you got tips to lift and tone, even harden these buns let me know.
