JUST GOT OUT OF A LTR WITH A GREAT GUY I MET ON HERE.
GOING FORWARD, I JUST WANT TO TAKE ONE DAY AT A TIME. I HAVE RECENTLY BEING HAVING AN ITCH TO COMPETE. IN THE LAST MONTH I HAVE CHANGED THINGS AROUND AND HAVE GONE UP TO 219.4LBS. GOAL IS 235 AND THEN LEAN OUT. NOT SURE IF I WILL ENTER A PHYSIQUE OR TRADITIONAL BODYBUILDING SHOW.
