Hey all. I swim regularly and work out fairly often. I'm contemplating training for a triathlon soon. We'll see.
Update (2/23): So the triathlon thing hasn't gotten off the ground quite as I hoped. I HAVE been swimming a lot more, and even competed in a friendly meet yesterday. Swam 200 medley relay, 50 fly, 50 breast, and 200 free relay. Times weren't great, but I'll take a :28 fly and :36 breast split I suppose.
