I'm not in bad shape but need to sculpt and define. I live in McPherson, but it's not on the list of options. I enjoy walking at the park, golfing, and swimming. Really enjoy double quarter pounders, Ice cream, pizza, and other junk food. I don't seem to gain weight very fast.
