    It's been a while since I've updated this profile. 2014 is the year that I started swimming. I love it. Usually I start my day at 5am at the gym swimming and then some more cardio on the bike and then a routine of weights. I also did a month of paleo dieting. I know the controversy over this diet, but it really showed me the things i was putting into my body and how it was effecting the outcome of my workouts. I am not strict on my paleo but i def use it as the base of my eating habits.

    Purchased my first home with the love of my life and we share it with our two little rascal pooches. It seems like there is always something to be done around the house so getting to the gym at the beginning of my day has helped me manage my time so that I can be home right after work. It's weird how going from a city life to a suburban life changes you. I love it.

    Guys I'm Looking To Meet

    I would love to chat it up with anyone who has progressed in their workout and find out what it was they did. I am always looking to try new things at the gym.

    Also I have started to dabble a little in photography and would love ideas for shots. What have people gone out and used to improve their talents.
