While I don't consider myself a jock-something just rings 'meathead' with that word-I do consider myself a fit guy; especially considering I used to be real string beany (148lbs, 5'11"). Because of what I've accomplished-170lbs with 13% bodyfat, yeah room for improvement- in the gym, I now call myself 'hot chocolate'-lol. In 2007 I became an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified Personal Trainer and plan on making it a full-time pursuit. Well actually as long as I can still pursue my love of food as well-I have a catering company too. So my plan is to fatten up clients and then shunt 'em to work out with me- thus creating my own income stream-lol.

Take the challenge of getting to know me-I'm way too independent minded for my own good but yet I'd like to have that special someone in my life. Good guy here but I definitely have my flaws and quirky ways (I'm a germophobe and big time procrastinator).

Before I leave this earth, my ultimate goal is to successfully complete the following exercise: Raise my two arms to shoulder level with a wide open stance, and proceed to embrace a handsome, beautiful spirited guy who I can say that 'I love and am glad to have spent my life with'. Wishful thinking huh?

Unfortunately I don't have a lot of dating experience - it's been rather elusive but at the same time hookups are rare for me. I get my challenging carnal moments but something is so impersonal about becoming intimate with a complete stranger. I'm old school: Can we at least go on a date first? Damn! It would be nice to settle down.

Movies: Transformers - can't wait for 'Revenge of The Fallen'; To Sir With Love; Central Station; The X-men series; Spiderman; The most recent Hulk movie; Noah Arc-Jumping the Broom. As you can tell I'm a big kid but I'm also a sap-put me in front of a sentimental scene and I'll flood the room with tears.

Food: I'll try almost anything once-remember I said almost.

Sex: First I'd like to thank whoever is responsible for creating sex. I'm not a nymph but once I get you behind closed doors or wherever - it's on!

I'm always on the lookout for that independent guy with character, personality, morals and principles. Confidence tempered with vulnerability is hot too.

There aren't too many no-nos except for smoking because I'm a kissing fanatic. If you have an appreciation for being fit;not looking for Hercules though, then we may have a match.

Guys around my age (I'm 40) or 10-12 years younger seem to be a good match but that's flexible.
