Live in Sydney, Australia. I love travelling, and have done alot of international travelling. Next year Im heading to Vancouver for the third time for the 2010 Winter Olympics.

I play field hockey (Im right half), go to cycle class at the gym a few times a week and do weights 1-2 times a week. I love tennis, enjoy swimming and cycling. Id like to get into kayaking and I wouldnt mind going on hikes when the weather is warmer. Road trips rock (nothing than better than getting onto the open road with the sun roof open and the iPod blaring!)

I love coffee, going out with friends for dinner or to a wine bar or somewhere you can chill. Not a club fan, definately not a 'scene' fan. I like cooking, though it sux cooking for one! Im a nerd (I have four degrees and work in academia). Love movies and I like reading. Geting into photography as well.

As for the whole 'masculine/straight acting' wank guys go on about, let's just say this - when I open my mouth, words come out, not unicorns, glitter and rainbows.

I dont have a 'type' but I definately prefer guys who lead an active lifestyle. Dont really go for gym junkies who only care about their biceps and abs, but I do like guys who can balance sport/exercise with slothful weekends on the couch!

I've been single coming up to 8 years and am resigned to the fact that I'll probably be single for the rest of my life. So I'm focusing on being content and happy with my life, and giving everything to my family and friends.

With any luck, you'll be able to string a sentence together, have some interests and hobbies, a good circle of friends, a job you enjoy, have some manners, and not take yourself or life too seriously.
