Weight training: 3 times per week 60 minutes per session
Cardio training: 6 times per week 30 minutes per session
Sports I like: Hockey, Skating, Skiing, Snowboarding, Surfing, Tennis, Weight training, Volleyball, Rock Climbing
Other sports I like: I like the occasional squash game, and I wouldn't mind getting involved with the uni's gymnastic team. I'm up for doing anything outdoorsy at least once. I still want to try hiking, cable skiing and bunji jumping in the near future.
