Work professional job (technology) but have a very avid interest in body building weight lifting. Although I train 7x per week, it is a full body high frequency protocol by design. We can talk if that surprises you. I used to train body splits (old school bro science). I don't have 6 pack but expect it within 6-8 weeks. Diet focus for now is fat loss.
