ABOUT ME
I have quit smoking and have enjoyed 5 years of no smoking, i have also lost 100 pounds over the last 5 years, although i enjoy the weekend cigar and nice brandy, that's my cheat.
I have just started working out with weights and cross training. I have found new muscles i did not know existed, thank goodness for acupuncture. I just purchased a new bike to take my training to new levels. My goals are to complete a full marathon in the next 18 months and then i would like to complete a tri-athalon in the next 3 years.
In the last 60 days, I have lost 4" off my thighs, 3" off my waist, 4" off my neck and 3" of my arms. I have since gained 1" neck, and 1.5" on my arms the right way. My calves have really toned up but have stayed the same at 18". Starting to see the benefits in my arms, shoulders and back. My legs are really toned! Going to start swimming two nights a week after the holidays.
My workouts are 5am, 2miles on the treadmill, then 4 nights of weight training, 1 night of yoga, Saturday weight training and Sunday a long bike ride, 40K at least till first snow, then it will be in the basement.
I have slowed my cardio down to 50 mins 5 times a weej and increased my weights to 5 days a week.
I started chin ups, pull ups, dips and something else, never i knew i had it in me, again, i have found new muscles. My trainer is happy that my chest muscles are finally sore from the workouts. I also completed 50 crunches, i have never down that before.
