ABOUT ME

Lean Texas guy who likes to work out. I'm a CPT, but haven't trained others in several years. I have been using home equipment for the last year, but miss the atmosphere and visuals of the gym, so I hooked up with 24 Hr and luv it! It's been a year since I wrote this bio. Since then, I've gleaned off 20 lbs of body fat, and now stand at a lean and mean 175, with a 31" waist and 50" chest...ROCKIN!!
