    ABOUT ME

I'm originally from Tennessee so I'm kind of a Southernor at heart. I went to school in Maryland and then lived in Northern VA and Oklahoma before making it out to California. Socal is great, but unfortunately I don't get to enjoy it as much as I'd like due to work.

I got on this site for most of the same reasons many of y'all did: conversation, better quality guys with mutual interests, and maybe a chance at finding something. I'm out to most of my friends, but I don't at all let it define me. In fact, I'm usually their wingman whenever we go out. I'm not really out at work and I don't really bring it up there since it would only complicate things. I'm a relatively conservative guy, so that tends to put me on the opposite side of the political spectrum from most of the guys on this site.

I'm into sports, working out, going out to bars/ themed drinking events with friends, lively conversation, and just having a good time. I'd say my favorite sports to watch are football (college in general and SEC in particular), basketball, horse races/ polo matches, and hockey. My favorites to play are soccer, shooting sports, football, and UFC type stuff.

Music is one of my great interests, and I like just about any type other than jazz. I prefer classic rock in general and 80's rock in particular. My favorite band is The Eagles, and I think Don Henley and Glenn Frey have written some of the greatest songs ever.

I'd like to turn the entire map below red in the next couple years. I'm a pretty mobile person, so I love traveling, road trips, and weekend adventures. This summer/ fall I will be doing a good bit of international traveling- mostly the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

    GUYS I'M LOOKING TO MEET

I'd like to find an in shape, intelligent, masculine, nicer looking guy to get to know- maybe a relationship. If not, then friends of similar interests would be awesome, too. I'm more into personality than looks, but I like both. I'm mostly interested in guys that are around the 22-29 year age range that do not let being gay define them. A guy that I could have around my straight friends without me feeling embarrassed would be awesome.

An ideal date would be an SEC game day beginning with several hours of tailgating/ pregaming beforehand and ending in a trip to the bars and stumbling upon an 80's coverband laying down songs like 'Sweet Child of Mine', 'Summer of '69',and 'Here I Go Again'.

Turn ons- college football fans, a good taste in music, outgoingness, intelligence, wit, fraternity guys, spontaneity, confidence, and an aggressive lack of concern for how one is judged by others.

Turn offs- Fleetwood Mac, high horses, hipsters, gun control, and people without a sense of humor
