Guten Tag. If I were asked what surprises me most about mankind I would answer: We get bored with childhood, rush to grow up, and then long to be children again. How wonderful if we can reignite that childhood quality of hope and adventure and spirit. That is where magic is found and the person I try to be.
Clarity of spirit usually signals a person with good intentions who leaves all that he touches -- people, places, situations - just a bit better than before. He does this unconsciously out of care and humbleness rather than out of a need for grandeur and ego satisfaction. Remember that the richest person is not one who has the most, but one who needs the least.
So what makes me happy is simple belief in being happy. Simple yes, but probably true.
By the way I value a balance between the mind, spirit, and body. A Stanford/USC graduate with a lot of work on the mind, efforts on the spirit each day, and power for the body in swimming a mile each morning and hanging on to those Pilates cables.
A strong spirit needs a keen and sharp body to stay on form. Living green, going organic, and recognizing the benefits of athletics is key.
Guys I'm Looking To Meet
A guy with a creative spirit and sharp athletic body and mind. A partnership whether friend or more recognizes that two people can look at the same thing and see it differently and that is just fine. That is the magic in a friend or partner when two people stare out at the ocean and wonder whether to take the risk of swimming out to sea. Without surrendering the shore of safety, we can only swim as far as the safety net allows us to go.
