now about me. . .

I really enjoy reading the profiles and checking out all the amazingly fit guys on here.

I still work out frequently after 30 years and I am damn prous]d that all these years of dedication is now paying off in my middle age. I think we are redefining what middle age men are perceived .No botox, no restelin, no surgery . . .so far although good skincare helps.

I have to thank my chiropractor for saving relieving me of a years of horrible back pain. I am now back to as normal and I am enjoyong a relatively pain free day to day life FINALLY !!
